The 2012 Lori Dupuis & Jayna Hefford Hockey School will run July 16-20 2012.  The camp will take place at the Invista Centre arena in Kingston, Ontario.

Camp Levels:

Beginner - $375.00

This program is designed for young girls who have minimal or no playing experience.  The focus will be on two of the most important fundamentals of the game:  skating and puck control.  The campers will be on the ice for two 1 hour sessions per day.  They will also have two off-ice sessions during the day that will be designed around teamwork, cooperation and fun.

All Levels - $425.00

This program is designed for girls up to the age of 16 who have played the game before, but are competing at a recreational or house league level.  The focus will be on skating, passing, shooting and puck control.  The girls will be grouped by both age and skill level.  They will be on the ice for two 90 minute sessions per day, as well as two off-ice sessions consisting of a variety of sports, conditioning, cooperative games and teamwork.

Jr. Elite - $475.00

This program is designed for girls between the ages of 11 and 12, who are playing at the competitive level.  This camp will focus on advanced level skills and team play.  There will also be a strong conditioning component to the camp, both on and off the ice.  It is designed for girls who want to take their game to the next level.

Sr. Elite - $475.00

This program is designed for girls aged 13 and older, who are playing at the competitive level.  This camp will focus on advanced level skills, technical and team play.  There will also be a strong conditioning component to the camp, both on and off the ice.  It is designed for girls who want to take their game to the next level.
